Tagliatelle Bio

Tagliatelle Bio

Ancient grains boast nuances of aromas and flavors that modern industrial wheat can only dream of.

Their name derives from the verb \"to cut\", since they are traditionally obtained by rolling out the pasta into a thin sheet and cutting it. According to legend, the tagliatelle were invented in 1487 Mastro Zafirano, on the occasion of the wedding of Lucrezia Borgia. Each region of Italy has a different version for the preparation of this pasta. To be accompanied with a huge variety of sauces: from the classic tomato to the typical meat sauce, fish sauces, seasonal vegetables with truffles. For those who love the more traditional flavor of pasta without giving up the nutritional richness and original flavor of organic pasta with ancient grains.
